Where will the sessions take place?
All sessions are conducted via Skype, FaceTime or over the phone (initial assessment is 60 minutes). Our experience tells us that our clients need flexibility and convenience. You have the option to book appointments 7 days a week between 6am – 11pm.

What can I expect?
Prior to the consultation you will be required to complete an assessment form outlining your goals, food preferences, training schedule (if appropriate) and any special dietary requirements. You will also be asked to complete a 3-day food diary, which produces an accurate picture of your current dietary intake and eating habits. During the initial session, we will discuss your assessment form and food diary in detail. Your goals will be agreed and practical advice and recommendations provided. After the session, you will receive your finalized nutrition plan and additional resources within 36 hours.

Email support for one month following consultation is offered for no additional fee.

 

Follow-up consultations via Skype or FaceTime (45 minutes) £100 or 4 follow-up sessions for £475 (saving £75).

What can I expect?
During the consultation we will explore your current eating habits and behaviours and discuss any potential challenges you may come up against in the near future. You may just want to check-in with us to make sure you are still on track and to remind yourself of the commitment you are making. We will provide you with the necessary education and practical advice to enable you to continue making progress and achieving your goals.

Pre-competition / event planning – £170

Perfect for individuals:

  • preparing to compete in an event ranging from a marathon through to a charity fun run or the three peaks challenge where dietary and hydration strategies will help you achieve your goals and maximize performance

The session will take place via Skype, FaceTime or over the phone. Our experience tells us that our clients need flexibility and convenience. You have the option to book appointments 7 days a week between 6am – 11pm.

What can I expect?

Prior to the session you will be asked to complete an assessment form outlining your current competition day nutritional practices and desired competition goals. During the session, we will discuss an individualized diet and hydration plan for you. After the session, you will receive your finalized competition strategy and additional resources within 36 hours.

It is recommended you plan your competition strategy well in advance of your event to give you time to practice and refine it in training.
