In addition to a whole range of recipes from healthy choices to seasonal dishes, each recipe includes calories, protein, carbohydrates, fats fibre and salt per serving.
This simple app provides hundreds of useful and interesting nutrition tips. You can save your favourite tips or share your top tips with friends.

Contains over 2,500 photos of a wide range of popular foods and drinks. The carbohydrate, calorie, protein, fat and fibre content of each food are colour coded and easy to understand. All you need to do is compare the food on your plate to the photos provided in the App.
