Vitamin booster Smoothie

Pineapple is packed with vitamin A, vitamin C, calcium, phosphorus, and potassium. It is also rich in fiber and calories. Grapefruit is a great source of vitamin C and pumpkin seeds provide a source of vitamin E and zinc.

4 slices of pineapple

¼ grapefruit, peeled and sectioned

250ml low-fat natural yoghurt

2tbsp pumpkin seeds

Add water and blend until the desired consistency is achieved
